The BIOPAMA (Biodiversity and Protected Areas Management) Reference Information System (RIS) is an online information system, bringing together relevant information to support decision-making for the protection and management of protected areas in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries. It is a tool developed under the IUCN - Joint Research Centre of the European Commission partnership for the BIOPAMA programme.
