In this Stakeholder Dialogue, discussions will focus particularly on how cities can become more just from an environmental as well as societal perspective by creating and improving urban green and blue spaces. Project researchers and cities will present research findings as well as local government experiences on planning and designing urban green and blue spaces so that everyone living in the city has access to the many benefits these spaces provide. The cities of Stockholm (Sweden), Barcelona (Spain) and Łódź (Poland), who are also case study cities in the ENABLE project, have been invited to present their insights.
In the spirit of a dialogue, the event also provides the unique opportunity for other cities – following an application and selection process by the ENABLE team – to share their stories on municipal plans and activities on the topic.
The event will take place on 11th October 2018 from 9:30- 13:00 CET at the Regional Office of Lodzkie, Sq. Marie-Louise 2, in Brussels, Belgium.
