WISP Publications

The World Initiative for Sustainable Pastoralism publishes different types of publications, aimed at different types of audience and with different purposes. Policy and Briefing notes: These are short versions (4 pager, A4 size) of the synthesis studies that are summarized for easy reading. Synthesis studies are compilations of existing knowledge in thematic areas identified by WISP as key for understanding pastoralism. Country/regional studies: In order to maintain the global nature of WISP, synthesis studies usually require regional revisions or country case studies to feed from.
