- Prof John Baxter, member of the IUCN’s World Commission on Protected Areas; chair of the Scottish Blue Carbon Forum.
- Dr Lisa Levin, Distinguished Professor of Biological Oceanography at Scripps Institution of Oceanography; co-founder and co-lead of the Deep Ocean Stewardship Initiative and the Deep Ocean Observing Strategy.
About the report
The new IUCN report is the largest peer-reviewed study so far into the causes, impacts and possible solutions to ocean deoxygenation.
