IUCN Goodwill Ambassadors are prominent individuals who are passionate about the environment and use their talents to  amplify IUCN’s message and support IUCN’s quest for 'a just world that values and conserves nature.'


IrukaIruka is Japan's renowned singer and songwriter. She has been IUCN's Goodwill Ambassador since 2004, promoting IUCN's work through her songs and awareness-raising events. In recent years, she has been active also in connecting traditional crafts making and conservation activities.​

 

 

 

 

Mattias Klum, Goodwill AmbassadorMattias Klum is a filmmaker and photographer who uses the power of images to spread environmental and social messages around the world. His stories and photos have been featured many times in National Geographic, among others. He established the company Mattias Klum Tierra Grande to be a leading communications tool and catalyst for change out of the belief that inspiration makes a difference. Mattias Klum Tierra Grande’s social and environmental impact is achieved through a range of projects, products and programs, including: images, films, books, exhibitions, lectures, social media and education. 

 

 

Alison Sudol, Goodwill Ambassador

Alison Sudol, also known as 'A Fine Frenzy', is an American actress, singer, songwriter and pianist. Through her music, she inspires young people to get involved in conservation and spreads the word about IUCN's work. She currently stars in the blockbuster movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, written and produced by J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series.

 

 

 

 

Yuan XikunYuan Xikun is a well-known Chinese artist, public educator and environmentalist. He is the first leading Chinese artist to use an artistic approach to address environmental issues and reinforce environmental messages.
