Tomorrow 22 May is World Biodiversity Day. The theme “We are part of the solution” aims to highlight how biodiversity is part of the answer to challenges like climate change, sustainable development and water security. Yet, we are seeing a devastating loss of biodiversity and a breakdown of ecosystems all over the world. The Stockholm International Water Institute spoke to Dr. James Dalton, Director of the IUCN Global Water Programme about how we can start to reverse the trend.
